When you sign up we will give you £6 free credit straight away, plus an additional £3 credit for each new field engineer you add to your account within the first 7 days. We then give you up to 14 days, from when you signed, to use your credits before they expire or you have used them up. After this, we offer you two great ways to pay for the service. The first option, ‘Pay as you go’, works well if you need to resupply field engineers doing on-site projects.
The second option is a subscription to Parcel Holders. If you have a handful of field engineers or more who need to be resupplied with parts regularly, then this is the best option for you. By choosing this option you will not only benefit from our most competitive rates but also, if we don’t already have a PickUp DropOff (PUDO) point near one of your field engineers or jobs, we will happily recruit new ones for you. Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee for Parcel Holders.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, we believe in letting you ‘try before you buy’ so you will not be asked for any credit card details. You will only need to credit your account when you have used up all your free credits or your trial period has expired.
If I take out a subscription, how long will I be tied in for?
Three months, after which you can cancel your subscription at any time.
What does staff / field engineers unlimited mean?
This means that you can have an unlimited number of field engineers and/or administrative staff accounts at no extra cost. By default, new accounts are created with full access to all the features on our system. However, we provide a full range of access permissions/restrictions so that you can tailor accounts to managers’ and administrators’ needs.
When are SMS messages used?
You can decide how you want each field engineer to be informed when a consignment has arrived at one of our PickUp DropOff (PUDO) points. Our system sends a unique pick up pin either using an SMS text sent to the mobile phone number and/or an email sent to an email address you have supplied us. You are not charged for SMS texts and emails.
What does PUDO requests mean? (subscribers only)
Subscribers benefit from having PickUp DropOff (PUDO) points recruited for them to cater for their individual needs. If we don’t already have a PickUp DropOff (PUDO) point within five miles of one of your field engineer’s home or one of your customer’s sites then you can ‘Challenge Monika’ to recruit one for you, click here to find out more. Do you know how many man hours and gallons of fuel and tonnes of CO2 your business will save having PickUp DropOff (PUDO) points next door to your field engineers’ homes and jobs? How do bonuses work? (subscribers only)
Subscribing customers are entitled to bonuses. These bonuses increase the amount your account is credited by, above the amount you actually pay monthly. See the corresponding row ‘Credit you receive’ to see how much credit you can get.
What does ‘Minimum consignment/m*’ mean? (subscribers only)
The minimum deliveries per month row indicates the best plan for you based on the minimum number of consignments you do in a month. This will entitle you to the maximum discounts without crediting your account more than necessary. Once you have used up all the credits your subscription entitles you to that month, you can ‘top up’ your account at the same bonus rate as your monthly subscription. Please note that these figures assume no handling insurance charges have been applied to your consignments.
What does ‘Top up bonus’ mean? (subscribers only)
When you have used all your credits in a month, you can top up your accounts. Using Top up bonuses, we ensure that you still get the same bonuses on these Top-Ups.
What does ‘Net consignment cost*’ mean?
This is how much it actually costs to use the service after discounts or bonuses have been take into consideration. Please note that these figures assume no handling insurance charges have been applied to your consignments.
